Community Health Choices/Medicaid waiver
Some individuals may qualify for the Community Health Choices/Medicaid Waiver program, so we assist applicants who are seeking homecare services by guiding them on the steps they need to become authorized or qualified for the Medicaid Waiver (Community Health Choices) application process. We make the initial call to the State’s PA Independent Enrollment Broker (PA IEB) with consumers on the line and follow up with the PA IEB weekly. We then notify the applicant on what they need to provide to the State during the process as we know it can be challenging and stressful to become qualified. Our aim is to be of full assistance to everyone in need of care as we are diligent and exercise patience during the entire process. Consumers have the option to select the agency/provider of their choice once the approval process is complete.
